Bear with One Another
Colossians 3:12–13 ESV
12)Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13)bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.

None of us is perfect. No, it is rather the opposite, life is full of difficult people. Do not be surprised when I tell you that also our brothers and sisters in Christ at times can be very testing to our patience. But Colossians 3:12-13 explains to us how we can deal with such troublesome individuals – become a “put on!” Paul tells us to put on compassion, kindness, humility, meekness, patience, and forgiveness.
On many occasions the Bible speaks about forgiveness because the Lord knows how often we need to forgive and be forgiven. At times it may not be easy or feel natural, that is why it is a put on, but this is how we bear with one another – through humility, compassion and forgiveness.
